Largish Plot needed in Europa

Does anyone know of a plot big enough for a two storey wood & plaster house on Europa? I have found several plots big enough for small houses but I need a bigger one for a prospective guild HQ. A small finders fee can be paid if needed (will have to be small as my savings are being blown on the house!). If anyone can help it would be very much appreciated

any requirements i.e. close to bank/road/dungeon/etc

well Ideally nearish to a city/town and not surrounded by loads of other houses (i hate those rate maze style 'towns') but i'll consider most things as all i've found are several small house plots (which if anyone needs to find one I'm happy to point out)

Wouldn't it be easier to camp a home in Felucca, and kill the owner everytime he or she shows up, and eventually they will sell.

I´d have an 14x16 for sale, it´s in felucca and in a very quiet area and has no houses that block it except another 2 story villa to the west.

Trammel side you'll be extremely lucky to find anywhere ye can place a 2 storey wood and plaster.

found a spot the other day NE of Vesper (just outside the guardzone) that would max at 11x9 which had no plots surrounding it though.

There could be some in Yew, i THINK i found a couple, not sure tho

Yew is a good place because of HeartWood, but too far outside yew places you near the undead and humans (Yew Guard) who hate everyone.
