Re: idoc question

Welcome to UO Forums mike

Not for sure but around 8 hours is what I believe. Hopefully those with more knowledge will be in shortly to let you know the exact time.

Re: idoc question

Not to get off subject but a UO friend of mine that was a house broker would somtimes not refresh a castle he bought until is was about to collapse. He would wait until people camped in front of it. And I think he knows the time limit for collapse because he would wait until there was 1 hour before it went. Right as people were bringing in packies and hiding with placement deeds he would show up and refresh. he said he never got tired of it

I think maby since then once it gets to a certain level of decay you cant refresh but I have no idea I only own one house at a time.

Re: idoc question

I believe it is 6 hours 52 minutes plus any server down time. However, I'm not sure if condemned houses (when you place another house) decay faster than that.
