1/ Can I demo a house, then rebuild a larger house the same day?
2/ if yes; then I can relocate to a different lot or perhaps stay in the same lot provided the lot will accept the larger house?

also please tell me oif the typ is readable. after pushing preveiw post three lines were large blue letters and the other lines was very small? now as i write this the typ is white and of a normal size. why is the " messedge box changing the stuf i write. i feel like going back to stratics, it is very dificult to post a messedge here without someone posting back to me that they can not read my post do to type sett problems.

I have no idea why you're having issues with your text, no one else seems to be.

You can demo and place in the same day. Make sure the old plot is cleaned out of your stuff, that is the moving crate. Anything left in the house will fall to the ground if you do not put it some pleace. IE Pack Horse...

As far as the text.. What color scheme are you using to view the site. Down at the bottom you can choose a scheme from the drop down..
Or in the message area, you can change your text color...

Hey Celtic, I saw your house on Ice, very nice. If you'd like to relocate to a larger plot let me know, as I have several nice ones marked that will fit an 18x18. Oh, and yes, you can drop one and place another on the same day, but then not again for 7 days.

As for text/font problems, try changing your skins to Dark (Fully Loaded) I havnt had a single issue since I starte using that one

Van's first few posts were like 4 size font and blue, and inbetween there were some slightly bigger green words. It was somewhat difficult to read, from afar, but not too bad for me to read. Looks much better now Van

I have been wanting to upgrade my size house for a long time, but was told if I tore it down, I couldn't place again for a week...... It wasn't worth the risk since I would only gain 2 X 2 in size... and that's a heck of a lot of stuff to find a storage spot for in the meanwhile. My location is great, just would love that extra 2 squares... good luck with the replacing and new house.

No, if you demo it today, you can place right away, as long as you havent placed in the last 7 days.

Anyone want to buy a few dozen pack animals and stand guard over them while I do it.. still too risky... no place to store the stuff while I do it... but thanks

When I upgrade a house I have the plot I believe will fit ghosted with teh house placement tool. I then demolish house adn place with the tool. saves a few seconds to have the new plot ghosted.

You could buy giant beetles for every character on your house account, load them up, mount, and log out inside the house hidden. If you have 6 characters thats 6x 125 items, 1600 stones, in addition to their bankboxes.
