  | house question i currently have a house but i am moving to a bigger one in which my friend owns can i move all my stuff to his house have him lock it down then collapse my house and have him trade his to me without waiting 7 days. |

 | Re: house question Yes. The 7-day timer only applies if you have placed or received a house in trade during the last 7 days. Demolishing a house does not count. Though you can receive the trade first, then move your stuff and finally demolish the house. |
