Why is it not able to run on your system?
Did you fully install UO and update it?
Which OS are you running?

I was running xp, not exactly sure why it wasn't starting up properly and it was probably my own fault. I just extracted, started the setup, and saved it in its own directory without bothering to check the read me or any of that. The first flash would come up then I would receive an error. I have both Kingdom Reborn and 8th anniversary installed and updated.

One thing to remember, You can make a short cut to the EXE file once you remove it from the zip file. But do not copy the EXE file.
Give that a shot..
