What is house-builder? Is it a program to practice house design in UO? Got a link?

Re: House Builder

You get that error in the program itself? Are you running Vista? I think Kurgan has been having trouble with House Builder on Vista.

/edit Scratch that - I downloaded the version on the web site to try it out on XP, and I'm getting a different error - "The application failed to initialize properly." Hmmm. Something must be wrong.

I am using XP. I get your error message on my computer at the house. The one I list is the one I get on my computer at work.

Re: House Builder

Sorry for the delay...
Which OS are you running? XP or Vista (Does not work on Vista)
Is your client fully updated?
Do you have the latest .NET frame work installed? (3.0 is latest)
Are you copying and paste a link to the EXE or just copying and pasting the EXE to a new local?
Let me know.

Re: House Builder

Its no problem I knew that you would get to it. I am using XP and yes I have the lastest .net frame installed. But I believe it was like 3.5 or something. As far as copying and pasting not sure. I just download the problems and run install.

If you click on the link from your website it takes you to netframe 3.5

Re: House Builder

I too was on a fully patched XP with the latest .net framework. I downloaded the exe fresh, and it gave that error. I don't have the computer nearby to try again - will try again this weekend!

Re: House Builder

I am wondering if one of the patches broke the toolbox.xml file.
As this has all the tiles in it. I will have to give this a try and see what is going on. If this is the case. I will re-upload a newer version.
Again sorry for the delay.. Work has been hella..(Yes I said Hella) busy...
