well, look at latest upgrade, mondains legacy,the parrot is only seeable in 3D... i gues abc is kinda foolish

discontinuing 2D would be a big, big mistake. but hey i wouldn't worry. it's not like EA is known for making bad decisions with UO, right?

they are, beleave me... and with parrot i mean other. the parrot isn't supported in 2D, only 3D playrs can see them! if they gnna do more stuff lie this they wll force people to but the uo KR thing, wich they will do at the end... they also make patches to block freeshards. as i know of ea, they want GOLD!

I have heard many people say if 2d goes so do they. I played uokr for about 30 mins in all. I truly hope they keep 2d running.

well nirmal uo is p2p right? if so i dont think they fully do it. i onky know i cant play uoKR tried it yesterday but it dont recognize my account

From what Jermey said at the Town Hall meeting in Columbus they have plans to keep the 2D client alive as long as there are players using it. Once users quit using it then there will be no need for it.

well people always will use it, i for instant think the uo design is better than for instant the graphics of WOW...

The 2d graphics for UO are perfect for me. I can see items clearly, see people clearly, and when you open a paper doll you can recognize everythign he's wearing fast. In KR you have to look for a moment and run your mouse over things to see what they are a lot of the time. I dont like that.
