just a few days ago I sold my castle on Arctic Island, Felucca.
While my now homeless mage was walking around a bit irritated, he spotted a fairly worn big tower. The keep West of it was gone also, so he placed a new home.
Finally the tower fell and left some white snowy area. So he dediced to demolish the keep. But the castle did not want to stuck. Could it be that new feature, that fallen houses cannot be overplaced for one hour? But that tower he tried to place then to exclude that was placed instantly - arrgh that demolition blocker of 1 hour!
But then, after hard fighting with the infamous obstacles we all so love for placement there was it again - another castle!

So before I start to love the place too much (I own already 2 other castles on the shard) it is for sale.
Location: Just South East of the shrine, directly connected to mountains and water. So you get double resources from the mountains and from the polar bears etc. and if the things should go bad at one time you still have the shrine not far away.

Starting bid:
25 Million, which I would consider a very fair price.
End of auction: Tuesday evening, 8 PM MEST or of there is coming an offer, which I cannot hesitate.
