$400 too much for an 18x18 plot on Tokuno Is.?

I wouldn't pay for it. I guess if you are rich with cash to spare, it would be ok. Me, I am not rich, so I'd live somewhere else lol.

Seems high. Back when AoS came out and housing was insanely high priced. Don't think houses (excluding Luna) went that high let alone a plot. I would think you could buy a castle for that much RL cash now
