In 6 days youve made well 1000 posts.... i suddenly feel left behind heh... i thought id pop on for 10 minutes before bed and catch up.... yeah... im gonna spend half of sunday catching up hehe.

Will be back properly sometime this week, realy needed a week away from the net there heh.

Thanks all, the break was good, well needed. My weights on the up and i will be avoiding 'that forum' from now on hehe.

Although the wieght thing isnt all sunshine, on the monday i went to a doc about it. Got told i was getting enough of everything for a normal persons RDA's, and nearly everything for my RDA's. However, i needed more calories, she gives me this drink stuff to raise my weight (not a protein drink, she said i get to much protein as it is

). This stuff looks like jelly with museli mixed in and has the consistency and texture of cold runny lumpy porridge..... *shudders* hehe

Makes you feel realy full to, i got to keep eating my normal diet but god its hard when your drinking something this grim heh. For a comparrison, the normal persons RDA of calories is 2000-2500, im currently taking in about 3500-4000. No wonder it makes me feel full hehe
