OK here goes!
CatHat just kidnapped the whole Kingdom Reborn Staff and held them for randsom. His demands for thier release are that he wants to have a lottery involving all the UO players who want to partake in the event. The winner of the lottery will be granted three wishes to change UO.

Excluded from the wishes are things of personal gain such as 100 billion gold, all the server ups and event items or owning the city of Britian etc etc etc.

So what would be your current three wishes, remember once you chose them thier is no going back and changing them.

For me this could change at any given day but for today here are my three wishes.

1) I would like to see consulars placed back into the game before KR is released, I think this could be a great addition to the game if the new expansion brings in alot of new players. I know that they will have new things to help guild new players. But the in game experiance of help by another very knowledgable player is always a lasting memmory for new players for years to come.

2) I would like to be able to build a basement for my house and with this new addition have added 25% more storage capacity. The cost of this would be would be 20 times the cost of the original placement of the plot. You could buy the ability to make your basement from a new function on your house sign which will tell you the cost and would automatically remove the gold from your bank account. Now along with having a basement, comes a new dungeon you will be able to visit once you have finished a new quest. When you have finsihed the quest you will be presented with a gold moonstone. If you go down to your basement and double click it a moongate will open and you can walk through it. Be forwarned that once you go through the gate you cant run back into it again, as it works only one way. Also be forwarned that this will place you in a brand new dungeon which can only be entered to by this method. In addition you could be gated to anywhere in this massive dungeon. Friends would be able to follow you through the moongate for as long as the gate is open. But only the owner of the house would be allowed to open the gate. In addition you can recall out of the dungeon but you cannot gate out of it.

3) I would like to be able to go on a quest involving my pet and at the end of this long quest in which my pet has to kill tons of things he would be granted the ability to fly. As far as what pets would be allowed to fly I would probably suggest just the horse type of breeds such as nitemares, unicorns and the firesteeds. There would be restrictions such as not being able to attack players on the ground, and no fly zones areas like into players castles or places where players are not meant to be. In addition and the main reason the for flyable pets is to have access to a new dungeon. At the entrance to the dungeon would be two large winged dragon statues thier to welcome you and bid you a warning of the perrals within. Along with yourself your steed would be able to handle another rider to accompany you along your journey, (this player does not require the taming skill to be a passenger).

Also your wishes can be used to remove things that already exist in the game as well as add new content.

Good G**! I did not realise that CatHat is a he and not a she, upon reading this I quickly changed my post and made the correction. My apologies for that , as far as CatHat kidnapping the staff, it just sounded like the most free spirited poster of the staff that I have seen followed by Jeremy. As far as making this post in the first place I thought it would be a good way for players to com up with some ideas as wacky as they might be for the game. Or to vent out some frustration of things in the game that they would like to do away with.

1. Be able to open up a crafting gump and be able to type in an amount to craft. Just a little field where you could type a number...

2. Change vendors to take their cut at the point of sale. A flat rate of a certain percentage. I think this would make everyone much, much, much, much more willing to set up a vendor house.

3. Have T-map/Dungeon/MiB chest spawn with different than iron ingot armor in them. Totally random with no level requirement; even a Lev1 T-maps chest could have all Valorite stuff in it. This would give a reason to go do chests much more, as doing a lower level chest is only really good for the regs and even then you have to have a use for them.

hmm just three?

1. A book/case (one for each item type) that would hold tmaps, sos's and jewelry. Also a filter on it would be nice.

2. Change items to a lower success rate then present. Drinking one greater cure shouldn't be a guarantee for deadly poison. Neither should eating one apple be a sure cure for curse. Also would like to see the spell arch cure be less effective against the high level poisons (Yes I have a poisoner )

3. Allow GM bonus for anything GM made even with a runic tools. This would mainly affect armour. I believe they already allow it for weapons.

Im pretty sure that already works on everything...you stil get the resist bonus on ex armor crafted with a runic and Im pretty sure it even stacks with he runic if it bumps a resist...

Sorry Ezekiel it doesn't. Look at any vendor that stocks runic armour or try making some yourself. You can find some with 5 properties other then resists(max allowed) and the resists will add up to around 28 depending what type of resource was used .

1. That they allow barding for horses, perhaps with only a 10% where the swamp dragons have 20%.

2. A revamp of the spells in the game, preferably with new spells at least for the mage. I get tired of only seeing spell casters cast Energy Vortex.

3. I would really like to see Dwarves in the game and perhaps a few more race's.

The ability to make named bottles and/or barrels of ale and wine, nothing is more important! :shocked:

In game mail system, the one thing I do like in WOW.

A 5x7 color glossy of Wilki wearing Light of the Way reading glasses.

That you did not NEED powerscrolls, like it was originally said.

The ability to place things in my house exactly where I want them, instead of where they happen to fall on the tile.

The first thing that i would like would be the insurance bug removed lol
the second thing would be that we could chop off limbs or heads again in fel that would be awesome
and i guess the third would be a new fel like land since theres trammel and illshenar and tokuno for the bluebies

1) smarter spawners.
2) make dragon armor worth crafting.
3) finish the Virtues

I'd have to go with...

1) Fix PvP (this entails EVERYTHING, from overpowered skills/items to cheats)
2) Make crafting more viable for use (I know, I know, I'll catch some grief for this one)
3) Agree with chu got noxxed #2, and along with it, bring back the bounty system, but fix it so it won't be abused (don't know how 'cause I don't know the original layout of it)
