World Wide Publish Schedule .............. Dec 1 2006 7:39PM GMT (PST +08:00)

During the evening of Thursday, November 30, 2006 PDT we will begin deploying a publish to all shards during their next respective maintenance times.

The update will contain the following changes:

Increased the chances of encountering a Blackrock Infected Creature
Certain old holiday, newbie, and other rare items can not be locked down once again - this will fix the issue noted here

We expect each shard to remain offline for approximately one to two hours.

Did this happen last night (yesterday for PST - Thurs. Nov 30) or did they mean it to say, During the evening of Friday, Dec. 1, 2006?

Since the announcement was posted today Dec 1 2006 at 7:39PM GMT (PST +08:00) I am a bit confused if this has happened or going to happen.
