World Wide Publish Schedule

Beginning Tuesday, January 23, 2006 during each shard's server maintenance, the following publish will be deployed to all shards:

The update will contain the following changes:

* Added server code for a forthcoming regional promotion.

*NOTE* Because this change is being made during regular server maintenance, character transfers will only be available between shards with the same server version. Character transfers will be fully available at the end of this maintenance cycle.
