Wilki: The EA platform group, who we've escalated this issue to already. We're concerned about this as well, and are working with the platform group to improve the security of our account management system. However, since this is an EA wide system, any changes made will not occur rapidly.

Do know that we're most definitely making noise about this, and as soon as I have something to tell you, I'll be sure to do so here in Uhall.

In the meantime, please follow the suggestions that are posted in the patch message. While someone may guess your account name and have passwords sent to you, if they do not gain access to your email account, then they are no closer to gaining access your UO account.
