Wilki, I am on Origin and after the publish both of my accts that are 3 or 4 month behind is still 3 or 4 month behind! Nothing has changed for me. I e-mailed you a couple time. I would really like to claim my 84 month and 96 month rewards! Please oh please fix me!

I asked for players to email me with their account names when we were trying to figure out what was going on. If I implied that I'd fix account ages for players who emailed me, I apologize.

My account was created 9 years ago yesterday. (Happy Birthday, account!)

The way EA reckons account age, (with +2 months), it should read 110 months.

The actual age of my account is 108 months.

The (incorrectly) stated age on the account reads 104 months.

That is a 4-to-6 month discrepancy. *sighs*

There are two issues here:

1. Account age is gibberish. That's what was fixed today. I apologize for misunderstanding the question earlier.

2. Account age is incorrect. I'm told that should be fixed, but the client doesn't check the account database very often, so it can take some time (sometimes a few weeks) for that to update.

That said, we're looking at this again to make sure it is actually working properly.

I am patiently waiting for mine to update.....it is 3 months behind as well.....I sent in the email to customer support with the information they needed for support my claim that my acct isnt aging........still no reply imagin that! I want my rewards now darn it!!!
