We need a REAL way to get ahold of Jeremy or DEV's to report issues

This is rediculous! Tuesday night the log-in servers went down and we were just screwed until Wednesday. They didnt even acknowledge the problem until afternoon!

Yesterday we were lucky enough that Jeremy happened to be reading the boards when the west coast went down.

Well, today, it is lunch time here in the west ... no such luck as to have an immediate reply. There really needs to be a better way to contact them when a server goes down than posting on a board and hoping they will be reading!

Call EA?? Umm, yeah, right. Better luck on the boards! E-mail ... same problem, unless they are actually checking it within a reasonable period of the problem happening, we are screwed.

You can always send me an email (jdalberg AT ea DOT com) but that only works during business hours - sending in a ticket at support.ea.com will be read 24-7 and that team can holler at the networking guys as effectively as I can. (It also, assuming everything works, gets me a phone call so I can post about it. That obviously didn't work Tuesday night, and let me tell you, I'd rather get woken up at three in the morning five days a week than come in to six hours of "Why can't I log in?". That's not fun for ANYONE.)

Why call them when the login servers go down? They would know themselves immediately when a server failed.

Neither is not being able to logg in


Long and short of it is Jeremy,ALL our 'support systems' are flawed or inadequate,and whilst I have every sympathy of the hassle a big problem like this must cause you,its really unacceptable.

Every 'contact' we had with 'the higher ups' ie,GM's,EM's, Devs,Reps,Seers,Companions are either GONE or virtually non responsive...........

The matter needs immediate sorting and given a Priority One status *nods*

are watching the servers also. But my guess is they're playing ping pong, or DAoC.

I think all the devs working on UO should actually have an account and play regularily. I mean when I create a game I play it a lot.
