Ok so i got my new UO 9 box this morning.... when i went to upgrade my account everything went smooth....right until I put my upgrade code in... i pressed the "okay" button which as i remember brought me back to the my account page.... well not this time... now it keeps bringing me to the page where i have to change my billing info... which is very annoying b/c it is only giving me two options the 3 month payment and the 6 month payment.... now im paying per month... honestly i dont mind getting a discount or not... so i want to leave it the same as it is now... but it wont let me.... if i press cancel it says it will cancel my account...which means i have to go back and select my billing options again... well either way it wont give me access to the new 9th Anni..... it still says that i am NOT REGISTERED and i dont feel like waiting 2-3 days to get a response from someone over at EA.... the odd part is that in game i have access to the new tiles and everything..... but the graphics look the same... is this also intended? i.e is there a patch to impliment the new graphics or am i missing something?

I had the same problem I didnt upgrade the 2nd account jsut for that same reason I jsut punched the code in in the game its way too late for me to call them now but I'am going to call someone at EA an scream at them for makeing me pay the 6 month fee jsut to get back on my account .

If theres a change in the billing it should be posted on UO.com an not thrown in three to surpise us like that that is total bs .

You guys are scaring me. I pay month to month and dont want to change. Not like gamestop shipped my stuff on time even though I got a call that they were and can use the codes. But thats another matter.

OK! I FIGURED IT OUT! ok heres what you need to do!:
1)log in
2)click the upgrade account link
3) enter code
4) Select the code you typed in and copy it (yes you need this) [ps make sure its correct!]
5)click "okay"
6)click "accept" x2< 7) when it brings up the billing info page click "CANCEL"
8) Click "CANCEL" again
9) repeat steps 1 & 2
10) enter your code again, or if you copied it "ctrl + v"
11) Click "OKAY"
12) THATS IT! You Should get a screen that says go play have fun blah blah blah!! yay!

Yes apparently some people may be encountering this issue during registration, however this work-around can be used to complete the the process.

Please note that if you are upgrading your account and are asked to change your payment plan, entering your billing information again may not successfully register your account with 9AC entitlement. If this happens to you, please repeat the process again using the same code.

It says "access to all expansion packs UP TO mondain's legacy" but it does not say whether it includes mondain's access. I want to know if it upgrades an account to be able to use mondain's?

I purchased and just received from Amazon, four copies of 9th Anny but on the back of the pamphlet where codes *should* have been printed, are blank white bars. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

It's a printing error. You should be able to go to Amazon and tell them you received an incomplete package, and they should take care of it for you. If you get any static, send me a PM.

I talked to someone named Steve. He was terrific. He's sending new copies out today. I have to return the current copies but it's at Amazon's cost. I'm happy with the way this was handled, starting with your very fast reply!

How did you contact Amazon? Two out of three of the 9th boxes I ordered dont have codes either. It is damn inconvenient!

Follow the links on the page for returns till you find a link for contacting them. You can choose to do so by email or by phone. By phone requires you to input your phone number and when you'd like them to call. I chose, "right now" and my phone rang immediately. Great customer service on their part.
