Lord Kynd wants to know

ok this 'thing' near the inn in moonglow has been under construction for awhile now, what is it, and will it ever be finsihed ?
what will it do ?

Its supposed to be a Black rock detector of some sort, if my memory serves me correctly. Lets hope the Devs put those mages back to work and get it done, while its existance is still known to many.

The Master of Disaster was straight in with a response.

As Grymzor71 said, it's supposed to be a blackrock detector. The Britannian military has officially given their support to it, which might explain the delay!

But, in all seriousness, it will be used in the first event when the new story arc begins.
