Transfers... Wilki pls comment

Ok about 4-5 days ago i got a 8th age code from one of my guildmates on chessy so that i could get an xfer to go from atl to chessy..i put the code in get my token go to xfer and when i double click the token nothing happens and the token is gone.. i page a gm, he says to log out log back in, so i do and my token is back but when i click the token again i get a message saying there is a xfer in progress alrdy.. well the gm told me that it was counted as a xfer even tho i didn't and i'd have to wait til after server up.. after server up couldn't xfer and i paged a gm and he said u have to wait 24 hrs then i could xfer... after 24 hrs it still wouldn't work and i page a gm again he says he can't do anything and he'd write a report to the devs about it... well i know how slow the devs are about everything..so i figured i'd post here... i find it ridiculous that i'm unable to xfer and GM's will do nothing other then write some worthless report

You speak like you know well who is wilki, still you seem to ignore (or chose to ignore?) that wilki is not community manager anymore, so his duties are different now. Try asking to Sanya or Jeremy. That's their job, now, not wilky's.

I must have missed that mex. Apparently wilky is still in charge of reviewing. Actually, by doing a bit of reasearch I just found this message of Wilki:

"If we made a mistake, why don't you send me an email with your account name(s), and tell me why you think you were banned, and why that was a mistake.".

Why not doing this, instead of posting here?

You been banned! You are at their mercy already.

Unfriendly words won't really help you.

From what I know, once Wilki gave out his email, he can't stop people from sending him emails protesting their bans. So maybe when you sent him your email, it's stacked with the rest of the other 399 emails?

My account wasn't banned, and my items were removed by GM, before any off this vendor removing happend... then my vendor got deleted.. a GM gave my items to another player who claimed i hacked him.. But you guys make your own assumptions like most do..

But lets stay on topic, my question was to wilki.

Edit: Oh and yes my vendor is now back , still with no items.. go figure.

Send a PM to Jeremy or an email to me with your account name and ticket numbers. What you are saying would not happen without serious proof, and if the situation was handled as you claim, we would make things right.

I wrote the message about contacting the GMs if vendors are missing. I do apologize for not writing it sooner - that note should have been up the moment the shards returned.

Thanks for the response sanya, im just going to cut my losses , im tired of chasing this up and paying UO alot of money per month to recieve no support, in game or out of game. It's just a disgrace imo.
