Sure, guy can be legit, quitting, or perhaps he got them in an intershard trade. Perhaps he's dumping the shrouds he had from all his characters/accounts and selling them off below value to make a quick buck, but this sure made me go "hmmm"...

Could there be a new and improved dupe bug?
