Soon after the event was posted,Draconi, put up the following request.

Can someone leave a list of reasonable deco requests and such for the party?

and the rerquests came flooding in, right up till the event had almost started.

Ill post over the requests,some which got a thumbs up and a few that didnt,but were too humourus to leave out


First up was Oriana who asked for


Reasonable deco requests, hmm well Snow would be a good start!! Maybe a sleigh and reindeer at the front, Some Christmas trees for sure, both modern and traditional!! Candy Cane pillars? Maybe change the grapes to candy cane or cookies? Wreaths on the walls and mistletoe. some chairs maybe??

Ok maybe more than a few requests but just off the top of my head!!

PS Draconi!! You're the best!!

A Pillory,where we can throw apples on DeV´s, who brought UO almost to the Abyss in the last 16 month

Void stockings (either you put them on and you feet disappear or they are portable trash barrels)

Those little candles on the tables are cute!

maybe red and green tableclothes??? Tree with gift boxes underneath....garland??? Can you do that? Along the walls maybe? Lights....those colored wisp things you have on the big tree in brit those are cool maybe put some of those up in there.

Punch bowl? Santa has to be there in some sense.....a gift giver type NPC that gives something...maybe a colored ticket that says Happy Holidays UO Hallers??

I mean it's test center get creative people!

I loved this idea from Tina Small

Perhaps a special holiday brew of ale or wine? And maybe instead of hiccuping because you're drunk, you sing snippets of "Jingle Bells."

I was slightly confused by the reply,as I thought the Wish list was for the Test shard.

There's nothing I can do to give things out on production shards, but if you guys come up with three simple things for Winterland only, I think that's fine.

All in all it seems a great time was had by all,as nicely summed up by Vallend in his post.

I too had a very nice time at the party and it was a pleasure meeting so many of you.

I want to give special thanks to Draconi for all the hard work he put into making this event as fun and wonderful as it was. I also want to thank Jeremy and her boss Robert, our Community team, for caring enough about the UO players and Stratics Readers to attend the party too. I know all three of them had to put up with many weird requests from players.

Events like this are one of the reasons I love and have such a strong passion for the game.
