Does anyone know if theres a problem with the account managment page at uo.com? Reason for asking is Ive tried for the last 30mintutes to get my account reactivated I get as far as entering my Billing Info and hit okay at the end of the page then bam it send me to a page that says this URL dosent exsit and suggests I hit back button and hit help at the top of the page or gives me a link to EA customer help and pogo page. First I thought maybe it was my desktop acting up but then I tried my laptop and got the same thing. So just wondering if there account page is down or not working right or something..would love to get back to playing Uo today..

Yep it is EA, been like it since this morning. Its most likely whats-her-name from EA-Mythic, you know the girl with a blokes name fiddling around with the website.

Yeah I've been seeing problems with it too. My brother was trying to create a new account and it was doing exactly what you described. Won't take the billing info, just loops right back to the "enter your info" page. It was doing that all last night, then in the morning he called EA and they said they could create the account for him, but their database is down right now and to call back in an hour. He called back an hour later and they said it's still down, call back in 2-3 hours. At that point he had to go to work. He's gonna try calling again when he gets home, but geeze, don't they want our business?

Just want to update those all that are had the same problem as me getting the account management page to work..Seems like its fixed cause I was able to finally get my account activated..yay!

I've always had trouble using Firefox on the account management page. Seems like the EA devs don't care about cross-browser compatibility. IE only.
