Grimm: Nope - no one's noticed that yet. It was all DB's efforts in that area.

I know you've been thanked a few times already, and you're really 'just doing your job' but I'd like to say THANKS for the work you've been doing lately. It's nice to have some visible changes that everyone can see to get people's spirits up about the future of the game!

The last Dev that was as visible in what they were doing AND produced excellent results in short time was Leurocian, and he was well loved to be sure. I know there is a lot of stuff going on for game improvements that is not visible, but for the time being you get the kudos for short-term (and long term?) results!

But please pass along the "thanks" to the guys and gals that are working hard in the background too!

Grimm: Hey! Thanks! We really appreciate the kind words. We know we have to be doing something right when put in the same company as Leurocian.

There's a lot of nice stuff on the horizon that comes from the efforts of our design and engineer departments, so I hope folks take time to say thanks to them as well. I also hope that Mr. Tact gets a little extra, he brings a lot of passion and knowledge to the development of UO and is literally invaluable. He does nothing short of a plate spinning while juggling cats routine. I don't know if he accepts PMs, but if you get the time, a little "Hey, thanks!" message would not be out of order. But back to the topic of improvements -lots of exciting things on the horizon!
