Pet Bug Please fix ASAP

I have noticed along with other tamers that our pets seem to run off after recalling, gatetraveling, didmounting or pet ball summoning. It is appearent that they run back to the original spot where they where mounted, recalled, gated, or summoned from. I performed a experiment. My friend waited at the Moonglow moongate, and I recalled from that spot to the moonglow cemetary with my bonded rune bettle as soon as the pet showed up at the cemetary it took off full speed to the exact spot I recalled from by the gate, then returned to me at the cemetary. Then I tried this. I mounted my fire steed walked 20 tiles or so dismounted and my steed returned to where it was mounted and then back to me. The worst part is the pet will not obay you at all untill it returns. And here's the kicker, if you say recall from Luna to the moonglow cemetary your pet takes about 30 seconds to complete its little jaunt somewhere!!! This is a major problem for pet owners it has already costed me some tedious training points untill i figured out what was going on.
P.S. this just started happening after the Halloween publish. Thx CFC Magic

Had a nice chat with a GM the other day about this issue - was told that the pet gets stuck targeted on a grim reaper that bounces back to his cemetary. The only fix at present is to request ingame help and a GM can come and fix it, problem is though it can re-occur if you continue fighting Grims. The GM wasnt certain if they would come up with a fix now or if it would be something they would look into when the event ended to correct for further events.

Most GM's understand and are quite helpfull with this problem but like any other organization you can get a bad GM. Was with a guildmate on Baja on weekend and the GM (no names mentioned) who showed up blasted her for bothering him with this issue and since its a known issue why didnt she just stop playing until after event arc ended. We have since both reported his language and abuse for her and im certain that EA is NOT expecting people to stop playing the game because of this issue, hopefully EA will explain to this particular GM on how to deal with people in a proper manner in the future. Being a part of the UTB guild on Baja we have seen many guild members with this issue and most have had quick prompt pleasant service (once there number comes up in the queue of course).

That's correct. This was a legacy bug that had been around for a while. Since the issue had became more prevalent due to the Grim Reaper, we made a little time to fix the problem in the last publish.
