We will be publishing all non-North American shards with an ERT Publish as follows:

<li> August 31 - 5:00PM PDT (September 1 12:00AM GMT) - Arirang, Balhae, Formosa

<li> August 31 - 9:00PM PDT (September 1 4:00AM GMT) - Europa, Drachenfels

After this afternoon's publish is complete, we plan to publish all North American shards during normal publish times tomorrow. However, we will be monitoring the situation, and may change this plan accordingly.<br><br>

We are expecting each publish window downtime to last approximately one hour.<br><br>
