I had a packy with me grabbing some loot and tossed on a jaster hat I found. I got a message about the horse liking it. So I bought some and tried again, They now eat jester hats.
I sent a UO bug report.

I believe you can also feed your white wyrm gold, but I haven't tried it in a very long time.

Amusing enough to keep in.....But would be neat to have the artifact jester's hat from the museum donations somehow be exempt, lest someone get really pissed.

Otherwise.....Stuff like this adds character to the game.

I do believe the white wyrm's eating gold is a feature
I remember they had an ability called "Iron stomach" or something like that, which means they can eat gold.
Didn't know about the jester hat though

Haha, I thought White Wyrms ate gold because they were drawn to shiney things.

Yea used to be a beaf of some that WW could eat gold. They complained that for 1 stone you could carry 50 gold pieces (if memory serves me correctly) where it would be only one raw rib. So the owner of the WW could carry more loot
