Origin Shard to be Published

On Monday, February 13, 2007 at 6:00PM PST (February 12 2:00AM GMT) we will be deploying a publish to the Origin shard.

The update will contain the following changes:

Winter Reapers will no longer spawn
Valentine's Day content:
- Characters more than 30 days old will receive a Red Velvet Box containing the following:
  - Rose in a Vase – the flower is dyeable with a furniture dye tub (blessed)
  - 10 Valentine’s Day Cards (blessed)
    - Come in 5 different sayings
    - Players double-click card and target a player of their choice to fill in the appropriate names
    - Each card can only be used once
- If there isn't room in the bank or backpack for the gift container, the player will receive a message to make room and log in again.

We expect Origin to remain offline for approximately one hour.

Can't wait to see the Valentine's gifts.

A little confused with time on the announcement though. Monday, February 13?

Did they mean Monday, Feb 12? or Tuesday, Feb 13?

Did you guys get the patch yet? Haven't logged in to check.

Ooooh can't wait!!!

Sigh... i still have my original rose that I got from my then-real-life boyfriend who also played UO. When were those roses first given out? It had to be early on... 1998, 99 maybe. I'm still friends with him, and I still treasure that rose.

I love the idea of the customizable valentine cards! Even though I have no Valentine, in-game our out *sniff* hehe

The gifts are just Origin for now. Hehe I better get a card from my bf before he gives them out. It's not the same if I log in on his account and gave me one
