Are old Tonuko pigment dyes going to be nerfed?

source taken from UO.UHall

Comment

I saw the 50 charges Tonuko dye price drop from 15m to 5m in the past two weeks. It is such a temptation for me to buy. But everytime I bought something which had such a price movement, that item got nerfed shortly after I bought it. So this time I had to ask you guys first before I go to buy. Do the design team have plan to change them to the new colours or even delete the bright color dyes overnight? Thanks.

Not in the current client, no.

However, the UOKR client is not going to support certain hues (they look much worse with the better graphics)... That said, I believe we'll try to make the existing rare hues stay rare and cool. It may not always be possible, but we'll definitely try.

If that sounds like a "maybe", I guess that's pretty much what I said, huh? :-P

However, you'll get a chance to beta the new client at some point, and can give feedback then.

Even if not duped, there price constantly changes on my shard from 5-10m back and fourth. I still believe they will hold consistant value even if they do get nerfed in color with the new client because after all, a rares a rare right?

I'm pretty sure dupers can dupe anything.
