New Moongate outside Labyrinth

Player: i exited labyrinth and was dead searching for a wandering healer.. and found a moongate, once rezzed i saw it was green. this gate doesn't seem to be active yet, nothing happens. What's it gonna lead to? or from

Ando: This will teleport you off the island back to the pedestal in Malas once the server publish goes live. You can test it out for yourself if you log onto TC2 8th Age

And they added a wandering Healer to the island (or i just never saw them before)
