We are currently experiencing high email volumes. If you have previously submitted a question please check the status of your incident by choosing the My Stuff tab on www.ea.com. If the status displays as unresolved, this means that your question has not been viewed. Once we respond, the incident status will display as Updated by EA. We are working as quickly as possible to address all customer questions.

Note: Submitting multiple questions will only increase the number of emails that must be viewed, and may delay our response to you. If you have a separate issue we need to address you may update your current incident, and we will address both questions in our response.
