Latest Test center publish to fixes..

Tonight's publish to Test Center (Origin has not yet been updated) includes the following fixes for Personal Attendants:

* Fixed an issue that was causing Personal Attendants to get destroyed if they were being used when the player died or logged out
* Personal Attendants now follow players into private houses
* Players can no longer successfully beg Personal Attendants
* Fortune Tellers gump now supports unicode characters, and changed how the board displays the player's question
* Herald no longer barks an error message when owner goes out of range from him
* Heralds placed inside of houses no longer greet invisible players
* Added owner name to Personal Attendant contract (will require a new client patch)
* Personal Attendant selection gump no longer says "Choose an item" (will require a new client patch)

Also fixed (though unrelated to Personal Attendants):

* Elven Dressers facing south are no longer broken (requires re-deed to existing ones)
