Joobulance wants to ask

In the March 23, 2007 FoF it was stated that the cap on HPR regen is 18. I could have sworn I heard there was no cap on HPR? Which one is correct? Thanks!

That link has info about mana regen, my question was about hit point regen. Was hitpoint regen changed aswell?
