And GM's won't do ANYTHING about it. I have been referred to the knowledge base 3 times in a row for an issue that IS NOT answered there.

I do not have protection, RA, MR or ANY form cast. I have NO items equipped. I am stuck at 15 physical, -5 fire, -5 energy resist. I have crossed server lines, died, done everything in my power (used remove curse, ward removal, etc) and nothing. Still even when I explain this GM's do not show up. I understand UO is on a game with a budget but can you guys PLEASE train your GM's that clicking an autoresponse to pages isn't the same thing as Customer Service?

same thing happened to one of my necros, Same responses from the GMs finally just stoned his skills and deleted him after waiting for a week hoping he would magically repair himself. Tried the same things you did and finaly just said piss on it. only real hit I took in deleting him were the 115 ss and necro scrolls he ate and the stat gains he had.

All I can say is keep sending them messages. Threaten to cancel your account unless you actually get some customer service. It might not work but it is worth a shot.

Perfect example of what is going on with the GM's, actions need to be taken with them. It's unacceptable the way it is. I remember years ago they were awesome and always helped and came. Now they won't come at all !!

GM's probably dont have the tools to resolve such an issue. I am sure they probably forwarded the situation to the proper authority in EA. It takes time, and you just have to be patient. Mean while GM's will continue to pop up in trees and pop up at certain player ran events ignoring others who are of lesser importance.
