How would you feel if Dwarves were the next playable race introduced into Ultima Onli

Dwarves are my favorite fantasy characters. Armed to the teeth with massive armour and carrying a massive battle axe! I don't play anymore but I'll be keeping an eye out on this new expansion.

its not about opinions but it might have something to do with rolling pins ....

I'm completely against the idea of dwarves in UO. I won't get into why or ramble on about it, but I will say that if dwarves do manage to dig their way into UO then I will learn to adapt, just as I learned to adapt to elves... and ninjas... and robots... and so on and so forth.

Dwarves would be preferable to me. People are playing gnomes and dwarves right now and somehow without them being short and wide, it just doesnt seem right.

The new polymorph change makes playing other races easier.

In the end all new races will add to the overall diversity of the community.

Elves were bad enough, I'd like to leave it at that - do something nice to UO in between, like gargoyles or orcs, maybe then slap UO in the face again with, for example, dwarves.

Still, rather than having a whole new race I still think it would be best if we'd get more customizing options for our existing human (and elf) characters instead. Meaning stuff like height, weight, facial features, possible tattoos/piercings/scars etc.

Im with you there. I want more control over how I look.

Dwarves will be yet another lame addition based on "what WoW has".

Why not add in Alien and Predator at this point? They're bound to please some portion of the playerbase...the portion EA chooses to listen to.

You know, just to add on, I think they key isn't "putting more Ultima back in UO", but rather putting UO back into UO, namely what has been taken out beginning with Age of Sunsword, and continued on after the relocation to Redwood.
