UPDATE 2:49PM: The issues with the housing server have been resolved. Thanks, everyone!

UPDATE 12:57PM: The problem also occurs with trading houses - we're still investigating. Thanks for your patience!

ty ... it was weird ... couldn't open up the tool gump and much much later it would pop up ...
