I have seen on many Asian shards during this time of year, they decor the whole shard with snow...
How hard would it be to have a small patch (maybe) change the land to snow covered? [I/]

Yes, please, for the love of GOD do this!!! We've been wanting this for years... And if possible, please change all of the outdoor trees to look like the ones at Winter Spur on the Tokuno Islands - infact, all trees in a snow-covered area should look like that...

I'd also like to be able to place up my Yule trees and get ready for Winter Solstice.
