This is a bug that has been around since beta, for some reason the sets were appearing this way, it seems to be partially fixed but not totally.

My guild has reported this guy countless times, and the GM's have not acted. He wears this armor while PVPing, giving him an EXTREME advantage (he's still not good anyway ).

What a stupid post. You don't think this guy deserves to get into trouble? You don't have to be a genius to see that such an item is illegal, and yet he's actively abusing it.

So the OP doesn't want to be named - big deal. I don't think I'd desperately want to be named if it meant making enemies with a guy who abuses items like that. In all likelihood he has friends/guildmates with similar items, and I'm sure they'd be only too pleased to make the OP's life miserable, should anything happen to them.

A, in posting this, you are arrogantly exposing a player to the whole community when you should be talking to someone through PMs to EA Mythic. One point off for you.

B, I doubt this was a bug or exploit created item, it most likely was generated from the game.

C, Please bang your head into a wall for trying to put a noose around someone's neck without letting them know their accuser. If you want to report a player, do it in game. If it's not working, PM one of the billion devs that now actually post around here. If that doesn't work, you shouldn't be making mention of it, because SOMEONE in the higher ups know it is going on. I absolutely hate when someone tries to personally attack someone else wrecklessly, because it's nothing but slander. By the way, the OP is against stratics forums rules, and should be removed asap.

I also know a character that deals these pieces of armor. Im not sure if he still makes them or, just has a lot of them during the time of the bug. I didn't page on him, but I know his char name and his guild hes in. I seen the actual piece and its exactly the same as the above one. Whats the deal with this stuff anyways?

Its all illegal, and we know its out there. The thread's title needs an emergency patch as well. It's bugged.

That piece sucks...hehe.. There was a dude on Baja running around with a set with 900+ resists on it... He dropped them during a fight and got outed.
