Stick it under "Vendors, Items, and Economy"

(I sort these by hand, so if something ends up in, like, "Race Issues" when it should be in "Skill Issues", I can take care of it. Just stay out of the general "Positive Feedback" and "Negative Feedback" categories if you actually have specific suggestions/question, please )
