Posted at UO Stratics:

Player: then tell me how it is the i have been waiting for over 2 months for a house to fall in fel With two vendors in it yet it still has not fallen? And ois keep resetting it? let me know that one
Wilki: ois, OSI nor EA resets houses manually. Period.

Re: EA Devs Do Not Reset IDOCs

So what happens to vendor contracts once a house goes IDOC? Will vendors set to auto renew have thier contracts cancelled or will they continue to auto renew until they run out of gold? We have a vendor at our mall with nothing but free runes on it. The contract is set to renew by both house owner and vendor owner. The current charge per day for that vendor is 60gp. There is currently 6604 gold on the vendor so the vendor's salary is paid for 110 days. If the mall were to go IDOC, would that vendor contract expire in a month (which is the current contract length) or will it remain standing for the entire 110 days?

Re: EA Devs Do Not Reset IDOCs

I believe auto renew vendors sit there until the gold runs out of them. I've heard stories of IDOC houses going through the cycles constantly for months, simply because the vendors still have gold in them.

It's supposed to give people who rent out vendors a chance to come and claim their items and gold I believe.

Actually here's the page for anyone interested. The stages of decay are just down the page a bit

Re: EA Devs Do Not Reset IDOCs

If thats the case, people could have a house, keep a vendor on them with tons of gold, place another, and it wont ever fall?
