It has been about a month since the investigation had started. Can you give us an update as to whether the bug has been fixed?

Most of us stored real valuable items in houses rather than our bank boxes, especially those that are shared by other characters. I really paranoid about the bug happening to me... i have quite a few valuable items locked down or in secured chests at the moment.

Can we have some info on this please? Thanks!

Ando: Still investigating this, though the number of new reports seem to be decreasing (could just be a coincidence). Since the details people have provided varies, this has been a difficult issue to track down. A number of reports name wooden chests, others Paragon chests, and it's possible type of container may not be a factor at all. The type of items that reportedly disappear don't seem to have a lot of similarities.

We are still collecting information so if you have any other clues, don't hesitate to post them. In the meantime, I recommend that if anyone thinks they experience an issue like this that they first check infront of their house sign to see if the items have moved there. Also check your house relcation crate to see if they are hiding in there.

I'm planning on unpacking finally and am not sure I want to go releasing and locking down boxes now that its clear this bug is still around. :/
