Sorry we can not help you with that. EAMythic does not replace lost items.

Please consult the KB for more information. etc etc etc.

Just buy another heritage token or wait for the 10th anniversary edition, cause you know it will come with tokens, and I am will to bet that you will get to choose old gifts from previous editions.

If it's completely gone, page a GM - if it's only partially gone (even if there's only one tile remaining) you should be able to axe the remaining tile and get the deed back.

Errr, are you saying that GMs will be able to replace fountains which are completely lost due to an error in the code?

If so, will this arrangement be retro-active, and apply to all items lost due to bugs in the past?

I'm sorry if this seems cruel Willow, but I'm glad you got no response.

EAs' policy has always been "we do not replace items lost to coding bugs in the game."
If fountains lost due to a bug are replaced, I would like the irreplacable blessed item I lost back as well.

I am genuinely sorry for your loss, but countless items have been lost to bugs, and they have never been replaced.

I was doing what Jeremy had told me to do.I understand that many people have lost alot due to bugs.I have always felt this was unfair.I ,like others,paid real money for this.So we are all S.O.L.

I was just asking if this was going to be a change in policy.

Cause up until jeremy post about the op paging a gm.

They have never replaced lost items.

Just wanted to know. Cause if it was changed, I would hope they informed the gms of it.

So,it looks like you MAY get a replacement.I hope folk dont abuse this though, and only those that truly did lose one,make a claim
