Devs ... account age broken again?

My 3 chars are not aging or am I just delusional?

In order to fix this we need more specifics - what's broken? Which account? How old should it be vs. how old it says it is? (Don't post your account name, obviously, but send us a bug report. And read this first

Mine isn't working either. The age varies sometimes. It's gotten younger, then older, then younger again. I've just learned to live with it lol.

Good to know. Looks like my oldest account stopped aging a month ago. Unfortunately that's the only one I know the date for sure (because I know the exact date that I turned 108 months, polar bear day!) That was over 5 months ago, and my account has only aged 4 months since then. I reported it to uobugs....

Been waiting quite some time for my 83 month old account to age... must be like 3 months its stod still, my other accounts i belive also stand still but aint paying as good attention to them.

Annoying...

what this means is time is slower in uo or the servers haven't updated as fast

Hope they get it fixed real soon, by my calculations I should be riding ethy's in July, at this rate it'll probably be September *grrrrrr*

If I remember correctly from some time ago when this happened, somehow the account age system has to tie into the billing system to ensure that the accounts are active. I'm sure it's a pain, but what a heartbreak for players who are expecting to reach the next level of veteran rewards only to have to wait due to a subsystem or accounting error!

I wish I'd have paid closer attention to my other accounts. Maybe I'll mark down the dates now in case they don't age for a while.

I wish it said on the Registration website how many months you are with a little breakdown of deactivated months. Doesnt seem like it would be that big a deal to do and would solve alot of this confusion...

Good idea zeke. It says the month and year but as far as I know there is no indication of inactive months.

I'd also love to see the account age listed in years and months. Who counts in months anyway???

Does this mean the Devs are working on a fountain of youth for KR? When we age again, will we actually look old? Will we have greying hair? Will young-uns actually be small and look like children as they ought to?

Ah... I know it isn't so, but I can dream, can't I?
