Dev team not telling us about every change they make?

It seems that after many of these little patches they (the dev team) adds little changes to the game that they don't care to inform us about. I don't mean silly graphics changes or quest additions. I'm talking about important changes to the way systems work within the game. Although there are many examples of this in the past, the latest was put in in the last patch (it seems).

After a good deal of testing it's aparent that one can now stack Deathstrikes. This isn't a bug as the person receiving the hits gets a message telling them they've been hit by additional deathstrikes. If the target doesn't move until they've received the additional hits, then they receive one large damage number. I was able to constantly atain a 70 damage deathstrike this way with only JoT tracking.

With dexer chars this isn't much of a concern. So long as the target does not move they don't take the huge damage. But with an archer using deathstrike, the problem because nearly as damning as nervestrike is. They can stand at a distance spamming deathstrike on a dexer and that dexer is forced to either move and take a huge damage amount, or else stand there whilst offering 0 offense.

The abuse of this in ganks should be obvious.

I'm not so mad at the change, as that we aren't informed of it. How can we raise objections if we don't know what changes are comming at us? How can we show them their folly?

If it's not in the patch notes and not an exploit fix, then feel free to consider it a bug and tell us about it. If it's NOT a bug, I'll figure it out and let you know. (We're far from perfect, and sometimes patch notes get lost in the shuffle - that particular one sounds buggy to me, though. Just because the reporting works doesn't mean the mechanic ain't busted.)
