Thread :- somthing odd with RECIEVING the Christmas 'gifts'

I made six characters on each shard a couple years ago to X-shard Christmas gifts and the like. Today I did a quick check and found something rather odd. Not all my characters got them. Here's a quick rundown:

Everything good - 6 gifts
Legends, Chessie, Origin, Sonoma, Yamato

Only 5 gifts
LA, Napa, Arirang, Asuka, Izumo, Wakoku, Mizuho, Oceania
- some of these may be left overs from not trading last year
- a bunch didn't have the 6th slot character created yet, which I just did now.

Only 1 gifts (all on the 6th character slot)
Cats, GL, Pac, Baja, Europa, Drach, Formosa, Balhae, Hokuto, Sakura

No gifts
Atlantic
Mugen got the gift but SP did not.
I usually only log into them once a year to trade gifts. On a couple chars that didn't receive the gifts, I tried logging in a couple times, opening the bank box and relogging, but to no effect. Still didn't get it.
So, my questions:
Is there a timer, gotta log in more than once a year to get them?
Maybe all these shards aren't published yet? I checked just now.
Anyone else see a pattern that I'm missing?

Hm, it's entirely possible something wierd is going on. If you're having issues, please post this info:'

How old is the character that didn't get the gifts?
Did he/she get them last year?
Does he/she still have them? Backpack, bank or house?
Which shard is he/she on?
Is he/she on the 6th char slot?
How many times have you logged this character in since the gifts went live yesterday?

If you didn't get the gifts, and have last years in your backpack or bank box, try moving them to your house (or whatever) and logging back in once or twice. Report the results of that too

Thread :- Reindeer oddity and blackrock [JUST FOR FUN thread ]

I am a mage that has casted ARM spell and hears voices. I need help. Evidently, my reindeer I placed have become "infected by blackrock". I have 3 infected reindeer that killed me. Because I placed them on my house plot, I can't seem to eject them. Everytime I enter the house, they whip my butt. I cant get to my corpse, or should I say my sanity. Is this intended? Are inanimate objects subjected to infection? Will Phillips Wooded Sneeds be next. I have a stable full of them. Are my snowman going to become an army? I can't seem to find the humor. Do you?

I fixed the problem. I wasnt patching. Now that I am patched, things are okay.

Yes, I was kidding Jeremy. Just trying to get us laughing. Some of the puns people replied with were really funny. I tried to put enough clues in, so people got enough info not to worry.
But Ill tell you what is really wierd.
If I double click my sleigh it turns into an etheral sleigh. I have been riding it around ice island. If I double click it from my house and directly recall to ice island, I am able to ride the snow.
Just kidding.

Well the fact that I worked on them is probably reason enough - you never know - they might be sneaky lycanthropes pretending to just be statues.

Heh, I don't much care if people think I'm slow... the way things are going it wouldn't surprise me all that much if the reindeer just happened to use just the right code that they became blackrock-infected and ate people alive. It's been a long week
