Nope, you're not alone. I don't use either. I use the client as it is given to me (no UOA, though I do use UOWedding, so sue me) and I like to actually know the world of Britannia and the map and how to get around (no UOAM).

Mine just doesn't work right so haha! It is nice to have sometimes when you just want to kind of look at the world all by itself.. zoom in and back out to see all the features never be nearly as detailed as actually being there but still kind of cool. but to play with it on haha I can not get it to work for the life of me... but that is okay. I seem to be doing well without it =D

Carpathia, I don't have UO Assist either... I used to have UO Automap, but it completely broke... got stuck showing me a patch of ocean. It was useful though, for marking spots on that you don't want to recall to, and for treasure hunting (when I had a treasure hunter, I don't now). It's a shame it broke, I'm rubbish at finding my way around- I keep getting lost on the way to the moongate

That is EXACALLTY what I see! I thought I was the only one who had these troubles because the guild had not a clue what I was talking about... Well least I am not alone

I don't use UOAssist or Automap either. Never have and most likely never will.

While out at sea I guess the map would've come in handy sometimes but without it I get into more whacky adventures trying to find my way around places I'm not that familiar with.

The BandageSelf macro is the main thing I've been missing, and now we're getting it. Whee!

I do not have UOAssist either. the only thing I wanted out of it was the bandage self macro and know I don't need it

Oh and I use UOCloth Map to find my way around:grin:

I have UOAssist and UOAutomap.. broke? I use it a lot when I am out and about.. must have not used anything but the visual map recently though. It did mess up a couple months ago, but the update seemed to get it back on track for me. Maybe since I don't do as much T-Mapping and Sailing as I used to, I just didn't notice a problem.
