Bugged Candle of Love

Anyone else have this happen? I got all the way through the quest to the point of taking the blessed candle in to light it, When I entered the cave I was froze and unable to move. I tried again, the GM even came., He declared I am bugged within the cave and there is nothing he can do about it, I did lose 30 points in my stats to the quest and got nothing to show for it.

Cant you go in again and try or are you locked out. The other solution is to create a char with the same name and do it. Years ago if you went to the Ankh in the yew bank and touched it that would debug your code. I do not remember if it works or ever worked but it does not hurt trying.

Hmm Have you tried having a guildmate kill you? That might unstick ya *grins*
I kill all my bugged guildmates..LOL (Or was it because they bugged me? Hmmm..)
No in all seriousness though.. death sometimes straightens you right out with various bugs, glitches ..whatever..worth a try .. If I went through all that and lost 30 stat points etc and was stuck Id try any and everything..

I have tried leaving and going back. I have tried doing it a couple of days later. Still the same thing, I can get down there, just cannot move a step.

Have you tried on the Fel facet side? maybe there you wont bug out..If you need someone to kill ya when you 'stick' there ..and rezz ya.. let me know..I'll come there with ya and see if we can get you through it..
