Account Age not Updating (devs!)

Once again account age comes up for inspection as Beerman72 informs us.

I went to check on my billing info today and discovered that the bonus two monthes recieved for starting a new account have been wiped off my record. On this account it was created July 06...so with the bonus monthes it should be currently at 25 monthes...instead of the 23 monthes listed...

I would appreciate it if others would check this as well, and dont forget to add the bonus time that should also be included in your accounts age. (everyone gets two monthes of bonus time to account age btw when thier accounts were originally created.)

Re-activated my accounts 2 1/2 years ago. one is stuck at 19 months and one at 21 months only my primary has rolled but is again stuck at 71 months. Mabey my payment plan is at fault?? 6 months at a time...?

Its not a few accounts with the issue Jeremy...its all accounts. You will be looking in vain if you want to fix this from a case by case basis.

Are you sure about that Jeremy? I emailed you last month and not so much as a reply confirming receipt of the email.

To anyone in my shoes, I can tell you the problem. I have my account set up to withdrawl recurring payments from my bank card. Last year, to help me handle my finances more efficiently, I would make the payment, and then cancel my account (but opt to use remaining time left). If you do that, your account does not get credit for that month. One of my accounts should be well over it's 6th year, the other should be at 4 years.

I used the form system on the website, canned responses with a bunch of crap.

I emailed Jeremy with no response. I think I'm entitled to my vet rewards..

No, we just need a couple of accounts to compare to our billing records to confirm the issue. The in-game display is fuzzy enough that it's not all that easy to tell when it breaks, particularly if you've canceled and re-subbed a couple of times.

My account age stopped updating a little while ago. Haven't bothered to report it because I didn't think anything would be done about it. Cynical, I know, but it's the truth.

They've had this bug atleast 5 times+ since the rewards got released..

Its always a new code entered to the game that mess up the reward code, which can some times take months to get fixed... sad but the truth

All my account ages (3) are all correct. Then again, they've never been turned off since started
