On the UO Bug Reporting forum, Ando, Live Assistant Producer, reminded players the 9th Anniversary Items are not 'finalized' yet:

One potential bug is that the heratage collection's standing suits of armor appear to be an item that should block movement, but don't.

Keep in mind what you see on Origin is not the final version (which would require a client patch and a new publish). Once the Pub43 test center comes up (which again should be "soon") you should be able to get a much better look at how these items will actually work.

Anyhow, thank you for the potential issue, but don't forget to post in Dev Corner once the new thread is created there for the publish.
