6 in the queue

Jeremy,

Please explain the whole '6 in the queue'. Almost everytime you page you are 6th in the queue.

Is that some sort of code for 'there are no GM's working now - please try later'?

Why is it that 95% of the time you are 6th in queue.

And if not, then you go from 8 to 6th or something and you sit at 6th forever.

Everyone else - am I right?

Yeah Theo I think Jeremy said a long time ago that the Queue thing is broken? And that even though you may be 3rd or 2nd, it still says 6th....

Has anyone actually seen a GM in the past six months or so? I don't have to page often, thank goodness, but I think the GMs have become about as elusive as the silver steeds.

I have given up on GMs. All I ever do is wait for half an hour plus that I don't have just to get a cookie cutter reply that never solves anything. Then I approach the higher powers... send an email. What do I get? The same thing I got from the GM. "Look it up on the site." I did that, duh, that's why I am paging you... or plainly put the site doesn't specify anything regarding my question. etc. etc. etc. etc.

Haven't seen one in a long time. Although I rarely page. Usually if I do, I just get that chat message, and things get fixed without me ever seeing the red robe.

Take a look at how many gm's are working for UO at present
If those credits are accurate, there are no normal gm's since UOKR, only lead/senior gm's

I thought I saw a gm one time. But it turned out I was really tired. Game Masters are mythical creatures on my shard.

This is what has happened to me every single time I have paged a GM. I will rarely send a page, but when I do I really need some kind of human assistance, not a damn automated message that calls me a noob and tells me to go check the website.

Just a few days ago I sent in a page about a bugged quest. I had failed the quest because of the server going down (lost track of time

) and now I can't abandon it to start over. I got the standard "check the website" message of course.

Why are we still paying the extra money for "customer service"? Does this make sense to anyone else? The monthly fee should be lowered back to 10$ a month...
