warn? and little squares

What does it mean under my picture where it says warn 0% and then has these little beige squares?

This is our new warning system..the information here is more clear:

Basically..if you see a pertcentage, you've been warned about something. But your usually recieve a PM if that ever happens

its kinda like a scale.... if you are warned once the one of the squares will turn red.. and you 0% will turn to 10% .... i

i just noticed that this morning and was thinking...why doesn't everyones have that, now that makes sense...would only show to me

Nor have I figured out how to be gracefully passionate without appearing arrogant. In the end, I always seem to be arrogant and weak instead of humbly passionate.
